Every piece of jewellery is crafted and packed with care — but if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Policy

Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification will not be accepted. -
How to Initiate a Return:

Kindly include your order number, a brief reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable). -
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Items must be shipped back only after you receive confirmation from our support team.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or wallet balance in your Allure Array account, which can be used for future purchases.
Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you received the wrong product. -
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact our team at care@allurearray.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, details of the issue, and mention the product you’d like in exchange. -
Exchange Process:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share return instructions.
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will dispatch your replacement item promptly.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, as well as due to product customization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items purchased on sale or during special offers
