At Allure Array, we aim to deliver your favourite pieces of jewellery safely and swiftly across all locations in India. Please read our shipping terms carefully to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all postal addresses across India.
To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please provide your complete address — including house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and correct PIN code.

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries. Allure Array will not be responsible for any such delays caused by incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

Special Address Deliveries (Colleges/Hostels/Institutes)

Shipments addressed to colleges, schools, hostels, or similar institutions are made entirely at the customer’s risk.
If such an address refuses to accept the package or the delivery is declined by the receiving authority, Allure Array will not issue any refunds, replacements, or credits in such cases.

If you wish to request delivery on a specific date (for gifting or special occasions), please mention the preferred date clearly in the “Order Notes” or “Gift Message” box during checkout.
If no date is mentioned, your order will be dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
In case of incorrect or incomplete address details:

If the courier company levies a penalty or additional fee, the customer shall bear the full cost.
If a reshipment is required, the customer must pay the re-shipping charges.
If the package is lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Allure Array will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

The dispatch time mentioned for each product on our website is indicative only and may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Under normal circumstances:

Order Dispatch Time: Within 1 to 2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: Within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch

Delivery time may vary based on the PIN code, courier serviceability, and local conditions. Remote or non-metro areas may take longer than usual.

Please note that delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen national events are beyond our control, and no refund, replacement, or exchange will be entertained for such reasons.

Delivery Exceptions

If a shipment is returned to us due to non-acceptance, incomplete address, or repeated delivery attempts, the customer will be contacted for reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply in such cases.
